Reason for this Petition
This petition of certain residents of the Australian Capital Territory draw to attention of the Assembly that: Approximately 22 thousand Veterans and Families in the ACT do not have a dedicated venue to meet.
Requested Actions
Your petitioners therefore, request the Assembly to call on the ACT Government to: Provide a building or facility for Veterans of the ADF, AFT, ACT Fire Fighters, Paramedics and all other frontline responders. Facility needs to be secure to house equipment for musicians, yoga, martial arts and other functions. The facility would enhance the wellbeing of all Veterans in the ACT.
